Captain Examinations

We will be having examinations for those who want to become captains. But, they will be a lot different than before. Here are the guidelines.

1. Must have, 10 non spam posts
2. Must no active warnings

For now, since not many people have joined, I will allow anyone wanting to to become a captain. I will be a squad captain but not yet. I will soon though.
